Directions
By Subway (uptown)
- Sixth Ave D trains to Fordham road. Use 188th street exit (rear)
- Lexington Ave #4 to 161st Street. Go downstairs and transfer to D to Fordham Road
- Eighth Ave A train to 145th St. Transfer to D to Fordham Road
- Seventh Ave IRT #1 or #9 Local to 59th Street. Transfer to D to Fordham Road
Then walk east 2 blocks to Tiebout Avenue and make right and walk one block south to 187th Street. Church is on the left corner.
By Metro North
- From Connecticut: Take train to Fordham Road stop. Walk west on Fordham Road (about 4 blocks) to Tiebout Avenue. Walk south on Tiebout Ave, to 187th Street. The Church is on the left corner.
- From Harlem River Line: Same as above.
- From Hudson River Line: Take train to 125th Street or Grand Central Station. If 125th St. walk one block to #4 train going uptown to the Bronx. If from Grand Central, walk to the #4 line and take uptown #4 train to the Bronx. Take #4 to 161st Street and transfer to the D downstairs. Take D to Fordham Road. Use 188th street exit. Walk east 2 blocks to Tiebout Avenue and make right and walk one block south to 187th Street. Church is on the left corner.
By Bus
- From Westchester: Take 60 or 61 to last stop (Fordham Road). Walk to Tiebout Avenue and make right and walk one block south to 187th Street. Church is on the left corner.
- From Local:
- #41 Bus to Fordham Road and Webster Avenue
- #12 Bus to Fordham Road and Tiebout Avenue
- #1 or #2 Bus to Grand Concourse and 187th Street
- #28 Bus to last stop (Valentine Avenue and Kings Bridge Road). Walk south one block to Fordham Road.
Then walk east 2 blocks to Tiebout Avenue and make right and walk one block south to 187th Street. Church is on the left corner.
By Car
- From within the Bronx: Take Bronx River Parkway to Fordham Road Exit OR take the Cross Bronx (I-95) to Bronx River Parkway North to Fordham Road exit. Move into the left lane, go through the underpass and continue on Fordham for another 1.1 miles and make a left onto Tiebout Avenue. Take Tiebout two blocks to 187th St. Church is at the corner on the left.
- From Manhattan: West Side highway to George Washington Bridge Interchange to I-87 North. Take I-87 to Fordham Road exit, make right onto Fordham Road going east. After about 10 lights bear right at the fork and continue onto 188th St. for 3 more lights and make a right onto Tiebout Avenue. Drive one block on Tiebout to 187th St. Church is at the corner on the left.
- From New Jersey: George Washington Bridge to I-87 North onto Fordham Road exit, make right. Once at exit follow above directions from Manhattan.
- From Long Island: Long Island Expressway West to Cross Island Expressway to Throgs Neck Bridge or Whitestone Bridge. Take the Cross Bronx Expressway (I-95 South) to Bronx River Parkway North to Fordham Road exit. Move to the left lane, go through the underpass and continue on Fordham for another 1.1 miles and make a left onto Tiebout Avenue. Take Tiebout two blocks to 187th St. Church is at the corner on the left.
- From Queens/ Brooklyn: Brooklyn-Queens Expressway (BQE) to Grand Central Parkway to the Triboro Bridge into the Bronx. Take I-87 North to Fordham Road exit, make right. Take Fordham Road going east. After about 10 lights bear right at the fork and continue onto 188th St. for 3 more lights and make a right onto Tiebout Avenue. Drive one block on Tiebout to 187th St. Church is at the corner on the left.
- From Connecticut: New England Thruway (I-95 South) to Pelham Parkway exit. Continue West on Pelham Parkway it will become Fordham Road. Continue on Fordham Road and past the Bronx Zoo; stay left and go through the underpass and continue on Fordham for another 1.1 miles and make a left onto Tiebout Avenue. Take Tiebout two blocks to 187th St. Church is at the corner on the left.
- From Upstate: Sprain Brook Parkway South into Bronx River Parkway South to Fordham Road exit; move to the left lane, go through the underpass and continue on Fordham for another 2 miles (approx.) and make a left onto Tiebout Avenue. Take Tiebout two blocks to 187th St. Church is at the corner on the left.
- Alternate From Upstate: Take I-87 South across the Tappan Zee Bridge. Continue on I-87 south. Exit at Fordham Road exit ramp. Make left at light and continue on Fordham Road going east. After about 10 lights bear right at the fork and continue onto 188th St. for 3 more lights and make a right onto Tiebout Avenue. Drive one block on Tiebout to 187th St. Church is at the corner on the left.
