As individuals comprising a team we seek not our own personal success, but team success. Each person is responsible to help each other succeed at his or her responsibilities; thus maximizing the effectiveness of the ministry the Lord has entrusted to us. With the intention of continually making this a reality we enter into agreement (a P.A.C.T.) concerning the following:

P = Prayer As a leader I agree to pray for my fellow servants, that each will grow in character and in the expression of their giftedness. I will also pray for the youth to grow as disciples of Jesus Christ.

A = Attitude As a leader I choose to cooperate and be in alignment with the vision of the ministry, my assigned role, and to encourage my fellow servants as we serve the Lord.

C = Competence As a leader I seek to use my skills, spiritual gifts, and talents in the work of the ministry.

T = Tenacity As a leader I endeavor to be steadfast and fervent in my commitments.

As we strive to maintain accountability, excellence, integrity, openness, and unity we will do so by adhering to the following operating principles.

1. Be respectful of each other's ideas, roles, and time - demonstrate consideration.
2. Be encouraging to each other - demonstrate affirmation.
3. Be supportive of each other - demonstrate service.
4. Be trustworthy and trusting of each other - demonstrate optimism.
5. Be communicative - demonstrate co-operation.
6. Be purpose centered, not personality centered - demonstrate mission focus.
