• Foster an environment that aids in the development of youth spiritually, morally, and socially.
• Promote the evangelizing of youth, both inside and outside the Church.
• Nurture youth to grow in the grace and in the knowledge of the triune God - Father, Son (Jesus Christ), and the Holy Spirit.
• Create a forum that addresses social and educational needs of youth, in line with Biblical principles.
• Help youth discover and actively utilize their gifts and talents in the life of the church.
• Encourage youth to glorify and worship God, and to honor Him with their lives.

• "But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea, and in Samaria, and to the end of the earth." (Acts 1:8)
• "And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind, and with all your strength. This is the first commandment. And the second like it, is this: you shall love your neighbor as yourself. There is no other commandment greater than these." (Mark 12:30-31)
