Frank I. Williams is a husband, father and pastor. He is married to Tisha and they have three children. He became a member of the Bronx Baptist Church in 1993.  After graduating from of New York Theological Seminary in 2001 with a Masters of Divinity degree, he was hired in 2002 by his mentor in Christian Ministry, the late Reverend Dr. Samuel G. Simpson, and served as his Assistant Pastor until Dr. Simpson's retirement in 2011. Frank now serves as the Senior Pastor of the Bronx Baptist Church and the Wake-Eden Community Baptist Church both founded by Dr. Simpson.

Frank has also served within his denomination both locally and nationally, including as the Interim Executive Director of the Metropolitan New York Baptist Association from 2007-2009, an association of over 225 churches scattered across southern Connecticut, northern New Jersey, New York City, and the Hudson Valley.  He currently serves as the President of the National African American Fellowship.

Dr. Pedreto Graham-Brown has served as Associate Pastor at Bronx Baptist Church since June 2014. In addition to his teaching and preaching work, Dr. Graham-Brown also heads the Youth Ministry at the church.  He bridges the gap between the community and the church through his role as Community and Parent Liaison for the Bronx Baptist Church Day Care & Learning Center.

 

Dr. Graham-Brown holds a Master’s Degree in Pastoral Counseling from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and Doctorate of Ministry in Practical Theology from Liberty University.

He is happily married to his beautiful wife Frankie Bennett Graham-Brown.  They have two beautiful daughters Zola Elizabeth and Zaryn Grace.

Dr. Pauline Heslop, MD, graduated Cum Laude from of Hunter College as a Chemistry major.  She went on to earn her MD degree from Downstate Medical College and worked as the Medical Director of Covenant House (NYC) and as a Pediatrician at her private practice in the Bronx for over 30 years.  She also earned her Masters of Divinity degree from Alliance Theological Seminary.  She has been a member of the Bronx Baptist Church since 1969. 

​

Her ministry involvement at the church has included counseling adolescents, prison outreach, Choir, leading the Young Adult Ministry, Stewardship Committee leader, and the Medical Ministry. She currently serves as an Associate Minister overseeing Women's Ministry and Missions.   

​

She is blessed to be married to Rupert Heslop, and they have three adult children.
